We are exclusively hiring for a Display & Video Specialist for one of the fastest growing Ecommerce brands in Ireland.

This exciting role presents an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced in display and video advertising with a track record of highly successful campaigns who wants to showcase their talent at a global level in a high growth environment.

Managing campaigns for a global market, this role offers candidates the chance to join a fast-paced and highly talented team of digital natives, working for a leader who is one of the most well-respected C Suite Professionals in Ireland.

This company are not only scaling rapidly but expanding to new markets and creating new products that enhance the lives of millions of users across the globe.

In this role, you will:

Develop and execute campaigns across Display & Video. Reporting to and supporting the Head of Acquisition.

Help to develop and execute GTM plans to reach customers at different stages of the funnel.

Analyse performance, budget pacing and performance trend changes taking immediate action to maximise business impact.

Work closely with the in-house design team to develop eye catching and engaging creative that resonates with our users at every stage of the funnel.

The ideal candidates:

  • 2-3 years marketing experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with large scale Display & Video accounts across GDN, Outbrain, YouTube and other global providers
  • Highly experienced with multi-channel campaign planning and optimization alongside tracking and attribution methodologies
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Proven track record in executing Display and Video campaigns in high growth areas
  • In-depth experience using Dynamic Display ads, smart bidding strategies and audience insights

It is assumed that candidates will have worked with tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio. It would also be of distinct advantage if candidates had familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments and experience with the DV360 programmatic buying platform.
