On behalf of this rapidly growing global brand in the MedTech sector, we are exclusively hiring for a Director of Performance Marketing to take ownership of such functions as Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Brand and Customer Lifecycle Value/Customer Relationship Management.
This company have a global footprint, and have ambitious plans to expand on both sides of the Atlantic. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this newly-created role holds an impactful place in the creation and delivery of the company’s overall marketing strategy with a particular focus on how digital channels achieve these objectives.
Ownership of Marketing Strategy for both Acquisition and Retention, including CRM, Brand and Performance Channels, with the overall objective of revenue growth.
Setting of and monitoring of KPIs, for both Teams and Individuals – the role-holder will manage reporting and performance which includes customer insights, marketing analytics and take a data-driven approach to decision making.
Own the brand voice, defining and enforcing brand and style guidelines, setting creative strategy and ensuring clear and powerful messages about the products, brand and value proposition tailored for different B2C and B2B segments.
The Director of Performance Marketing will Manage external, 3rd party stakeholders, agencies and publishers, and will have the autonomy to select such partners and providers
Perform as a true leader, hiring, mentoring and inspiring the very best talent to ensure maximum output
Collaborate with the B2B team to ensure that marketing assets directly contribute to both sales and brand awareness – ideally candidates should have worked closely with B2B teams.
Ensure that brand values are reflected in all digital assets including the website and app – in tandem with the product development and product marketing team.
Take ownership of the content marketing strategy
Set and deploy the media strategy, and be accountable for significantly large offline and online media budgets
Utilize market & competitive research to segment and define target markets, refine and improve the product value proposition.
Essential Competencies/ Skills :
To succeed in this role, the candidates are likely to have 10+ years marketing experience, with a large focus on Digital/Ecommerce and exposure to Brand and Performance Marketing.
You should be adept at operating in a fast paced, agile environment, unfazed at dealing with ambiguity and highly collaborative.
First class leadership experience are a necessity, including managing large diverse teams across cultures and influencing stakeholders
Healthcare, Start-up or Tech experience would be of distinct benefit, as would experience working with or for creative and media buying agencies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to present to C-level and investors on marketing strategy is preferred.
