Director of Digital Growth and Performance Marketing
On behalf of a portfolio of award winning brand, we are actively seeking an exceptional Director of Digital Growth and Performance Marketing
This is a newly created role, to lead a high performing team across the business.
Interested candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
Minimum of 5 years (preferably 7+) experience in Digital Marketing, some of which must have been in a high growth sector, or a company undergoing huge growth at that given time.
A first class strategic thinker, with a natural flair for Data & Insights – you can turn raw data into actionable marketing strategies.
Whilst you are likely to be a digital specialist, you should have experience of the overall marketing and communications mix. Your core skills however, are preferably in SEO, Growth Hacking, Attribution Modelling, Channel Testing and the creation and execution of creative digital/performance marketing campaigns.
Highly commercial – you have had ownership of a P&L and the commercials of a business unit or function.
A ‘take the ball and run with it’ attitude – you have seriously high levels of initiative and your colleagues, peers, stakeholders and direct reports can rely on you to get stuff done!
A down to earth, collaborative and easy-to-work with personality – there are no Diva’s in this company!
You are a great leaders, with proven success in hiring, mentoring and developing staff. You can spot potential talent and identify your high performers and you should enjoy acting as a coach or mentor.
A self-confessed Tech and Emerging Trends ‘Geek’ – you have your finger on the pulse of what’s new, what’s coming down the line, and how innovation and technology can be leveraged from a marketing POV.
Candidates should be confident and articulate in communicating, unfazed by presenting to C Suite and overall have the gravitas to lead this important function within the business.
