Overview

On behalf of a Digital Product Design agency, we are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their close-knit and seasoned team to create beautiful and successful experiences for their clients. They have been recently named in the top 10 digital studios in the world. Working in a fast-paced production environment, the successful candidate will be a key player in the delivery and success of multiple client projects.

The Role

The Digital Project Manager will work as part of the project management team. You will be able to speak confidently on technical matters, can juggle standard project constraints within complex evolving environments while ensuring stakeholder buy-in throughout the various stages of delivery. You will work closely with creative and design teams so must have a good knowledge of what design thinking, and the design itself, can do for humans & brands.

Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will also interact daily with internal and client teams including:

• UX/ UI Design teams
• Front End and Back End Development teams
• Product teams
• Client project teams

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Project Management qualification is advantageous.
• 3-5 years as a Digital Project Manager or similar role in a creative studio / software house or product team environment is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with outside vendors/clients.
• Strong understanding of product and development lifecycles and previous experience managing such projects.
• Excellent communication skills enjoy working with people and has strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking and decision-making. An aptitude for negotiation and attention to detail while remaining calm under pressure.
• Good data analysis skills, fluent in using Google suite and project management tools.
