The Opportunity:

We are very excited to announce a brilliant new opportunity with one of Europe’s most recognized insurance brands. Our client is looking for an analytic, data-driven Customer Experience professional to join their ranks as Digital Product Manager. The chosen candidate will get the opportunity to proactively work in areas within the company’s digital (CX) output. They will be an invaluable member of the team focusing on identifying areas to drive improvement, define requirements, develop strategic implementation plans which will deliver results-leading programs to implement automation strategies.


  • Act as a lead member on digital projects with a constant focus on CX (customer experience), New Business, IT, Communications, & Digital
  • Develop of chatbots strategy to support sales and Customer Service functions in conjunction with vendors
  • Coordinate the implementation of a new self-service portal to enable customer to change/renew their polices and upload documents
  • Develop the brand’s chatbots strategy to support sales and Customer Service function in conjunction with vendors
  • Development and maintenance of case management system and webchat instance
  • Updating, Creation, and Maintenance FAQs
  • Managing relationship with the company’s vendors (APP/Chatbots & Webchat/CRM/other)

Previous Requirements:

The perfect candidate will have:

  • University level education in Commerce, Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, Lean
  • 4 to 5 years’ experience bringing automated solutions focused on customer or business outcomes into an organization
  • Experience leading technology programs to drive automation using AI (RPA and/or bots)
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, managing multiple projects, building sustainable processes and coordinating releases
  • Experience in designing business processes to simplify experiences, plan, test, execute and hand over to the business with supporting documentation to be managed as BAU
  • Strong attention to detail, with respect to technical requirements
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with an ability to interrogate and understand data from multiple data sources
  • Experience presenting at Executive Level.
