Digital Marketing Manager – FMCG

An experienced B2C Digital Marketing Manager is required for a senior role focusing on FMCG and luxury goods. Working closely and collaboratively alongside marketing colleagues from Digital, Social, PR, CRM and Creative, this role will develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns in a multichannel environment.

The ideal candidate

  • Has several (likely 5+) years in a senior digital marketing role and has managed direct reports.
  • Has held accountability – with previous online activity being measured in terms of online acquisitions and retention etc.
  • Expert knowledge – managing the performance based online marketing channels across paid social & search, SEO and re-targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills – proven record of driving insights and online KPI’s from analytics.
  • Collaborative – used to working alongside cross-functional teams and specialists as mentioned above.
  • A genuine interest in Fashion, Beauty, Luxury Goods or similar is of distinct advantage.
  • Can document a successful track record in the development and execution of highly creative B2C marketing campaigns, programs and events.
  • Has the gravitas and confidence to manage stakeholder relationships, deal with suppliers and influence/mentor junior members of the team.
  • Works well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where seasonal changes impact strategy and activity.
  • Super-organised, a natural planner, can multitask and the ability to be reactive when necessary.
  • First class communication skills, confident and articulate in vocalising information and can present up to senior management level.
  • Genuine understanding of the impact of technology and innovation on how consumer goods are marketed to customers, how digital has evolved shopping habits and the overall effect of digital and social on branding, customer service and multichannel marketing.
