We are hiring for a Cork based Digital Marketing role, working with an award-winning Tech platform used by many well-known consumer brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage both the internal digital marketing team, and the external performance marketing agency partners. Working across all digital channels, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategy across the full paid media mix and should have a solid understanding of PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Google Analytics, and other similar performance marketing tools and skills.

The ideal candidate for this role must be able to document success in a senior digital role, have managed a small team, and has both the strategic mindset plus the tactical experience to ensure that digital marketing spend achieves the best possible ROI. It is also essential that the role holder has at least 1 years’ experience in Ecommerce (Retail, Travel, Entertainment or Gaming would be preferable)

Role summary:

  • Creation and delivery of the digital marketing & growth strategy, being accountable for both acquisition and retention goals and outcomes.
  • Develop, implement and manage the company’s digital strategy across channels such as Pay Per Click and SEO.
  • Actively participate in the development and execution of Integrated Marketing campaigns for all products.
  • Manage the analysis and optimisation the conversion effectiveness of digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of key digital marketing tools (e.g. Analytics & Tracking applications) to continuously improve results and raise awareness of marketing / business KPIs.
  • Manage all aspects of relationships with third party vendors and digital agencies and ensure their efforts are aligned with the digital marketing strategy.
  • Act as the technical link between Marketing and Product teams, mapping out marketing technology capabilities and requirements in terms of in-house and third party systems, tools & technologies in an effort to boost acquisition, retention, and improve the betting experience of users.
  • Responsible for budget planning, forecasting, monitoring of spend and channel performance, and reporting of performance to the wider team.
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing best practice.
  • Manage, train and develop a digital marketing team and ensure best practices are followed.
