We have an exciting Digital Marketing Executive role for someone looking to make a name for themselves in the Digital Marketing Industry in Ireland. The role is with a highly successful Irish brand that lives their values by empowering their people to come to work with Courage every day.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring that award winning digital campaigns are developed and delivered. So, you will need to have big brand experience, and are comfortable developing amazing relationships with your Media and digital agency partners

This role reports directly to their Digital Marketing Manager, who will provide you with career changing coaching and development. So you will need to bring a willingness to learn, be super pro-active and come with the highest levels of attention to detail.

Finally, you will need to be confident to back yourself and have courage to influence and present to senior people within this large matrix organisation.

Role Summary:

  • Develop and implement paid and organic digital marketing activities across social, search and display campaigns including retargeting strategies in a programmatic environment.
  • Analysis of customer engagement online, ongoing developing insights to improve customer journey and conversion metrics to meet KPIs.
  • Responsible for the management of all paid search activity including the briefing and managing of the media agency for creative messaging updates, optimisation and reporting across all Search activities.
  • Responsible for the implementation of an organic search (SEO) strategy across the group, including stakeholder workshops and training, and reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day Search (paid and organic) optimisation in conjunction with our media agency to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports, analysis and interpretation of data on key metrics and deliver insights to be used for business decisions.

Ideal Candidate profile

Has completed a graduate programme, and gone on to gain 1-2 years’ experience in either a large agency (media or full service) or well-known brand

Is comfortable and confidence presenting reports to a senior audience.

Has managed digital budgets and has forecasting and post-campaign reporting experience.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics and an ability to optimise campaigns on data-based decisions.

Experience A/B testing landing pages and personalisation of website via 3rd party tools.
