The Opportunity:

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest, fastest-growing challenger brands in the Irish Fast-Food market , TalentHub is very excited to share this opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality traffic to the brand’s key digital platforms, making sure customers are aware of the benefits of ordering their favourite products from the client’s digital platforms.

Our client’s number one strategic priority is to improve the overall brand digital trading proposition. Day-to-day, you’ll be working collaboratively within the marketing team and with external agencies on planning and executing compelling campaigns, offers and promotions that are evidence-led and drive volume to the client’s mobile order/loyalty app and transactional website, including 3rd party delivery (3PD) services.

As a digital marketing expert, you’ll help the wider team, and existing franchisees, to broaden their knowledge of digital marketing and act as a coach and mentor for the more junior members of the marketing team on loyalty campaign planning and execution, ensuring that loyalty continues to be a key digital driver.

What you will need to have:

• Have worked at a senior level on digital campaigns, activations and promotions

• Highly experienced in creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive traffic to digital platforms

• Can demonstrate a strong track record of driving significant business results through digital channels and measuring performance of digital campaigns

• The ability to shape strategy and convert into tactical execution

• A collaborative approach that will engage the wider team, including Operations and drive products and people forward for high output success

• Can present your ideas clearly, simply and with confidence

• Can think rationally, using data and insight to break down problems in a methodical and logical way

• Are commercially savvy, and able to build long term relationships and hold people to account to meet expected service levels

• Have passion and accountability for delivering great outcomes for our franchisees and customers alike

Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 3/4 years’ experience of leading digital marketing campaigns

• Strong track record of running successful campaigns using customer insight and behavioural/analytics data (quantitative and qualitative)

• Adept in data analysis, and working experience of collaborating widely (even externally) to measure campaign performance

• A strong background in marketing and working knowledge of brand planning, loyalty, CRM and creative disciplines

• Experience of delivering results in highly competitive markets, prioritising activity to deliver the most commercial impact

• Solid budget and financial management skills

• Strong relationship management skills (particularly with marketing agencies)

• An analytical mindset, ability to interpret complex data and strong problemsolving skills

• Comfortable presenting trade-offs and decisions to senior stakeholders, building consensus around digital priorities and advocating the value of digital to the rest of the company

• A clear communicator, with commercial acumen and the ability to selforganise

• A leader, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to have open and honest conversations when needed
