Key Responsibilities:

Work within the Digital function and work closely with third partners and regional marketing teams on the preparation and design, to deliver the brand’s new websites and roll-out of the eCommerce platform.

-Manage company website at a global level, including images and content. Close collaboration with regional and country commercial, marketing teams, and content creators to develop personalized country-based content with a standardized approach

– Deliver effective and engaging brand messaging, including the development of the strategy & playbooks, planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns including organic web traffic, SEO, PPC, email, social media, blogs, and e-newsletters

– Measure and report metrics (in collaboration with data and analytics team) and develop KPIs to continuously improve website performance and traffic

– Develop and implement eCommerce strategy to support the launch of new eCommerce platform, working closely with regional teams to increase customer adoption

– Strive to continuously improve and optimise the digital marketing offering by adopting emerging industry technology & trends

Skills/Experience needed:

5+ years experience in digital marketing

– Experience in B2B across multi-channel demand generation marketing programs such as content marketing, event marketing, community marketing, and direct mail

– Strong project management skills and analyzing data, comfortable working with numbers to draw insight, find opportunities and gaps

-Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally across a global organization

– Excellent grasp of website metrics and tools such as Google Analytics and other industry standard platforms

– Ability to speak and write in English fluently (proficiency in French or German also an advantage but not essential)

– Nice to have: experience with marketing automation tools such as Adobe Marketo and Magento for e-commerce
