The Senior Digital Analytics & Insights Specialist supports a range of digital insights and analytics projects for our clients.

Provides data and analytics support on multiple client accounts
Responsible for executing and/or overseeing a variety of digital research, trend mapping, channel audits, social listening, and analytics projects across digital touchpoints – web, social and mobile, as needed
Participates in new business brainstorms and conducts research on new business projects
Contributes to strategy development through the creation of landscape, market, topic, or audience reports which draw on cross-channel insight to inform planning and campaign optimization
Track campaign/content performance with ability to discover and implement actionable insights
Aids in the development of new business materials (presentations, RFP responses) as appropriate
Demonstrates flexibility in working across teams, able to adapt to project needs, different team working styles, etc.
Supports Analytics & Insights colleagues in identifying areas for process improvement to enhance our overall data capabilities, including identifying relevant software or models to increase the quality of work
Managing the day-to-day creation/updating of a variety of materials including keyword/hashtag trackers, KPI frameworks, reporting templates and dashboards
Strong analytical skills with an insights-driven approach to content creation
Translating data and analytics into actionable insights, providing recommendations to improve outcomes, and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives
2-5 years’ communications or related marketing / digital / social experience. Experience in global healthcare communications an advantage.
Strong understanding of all digital channels
Experience using tools such as Netbase, Sprinklr, Symplur, Meltwater, Google Analytics, HotJar, Mangools, SEMrush, etc.
Proven examples of using data to identify opportunities and drive change online
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
Understanding of using data visualization in presentations (PowerPoint), via dashboarding tools such as Klipfolio, QlikView, Tableau or via creative design software (e.g., Canva)
Passionate about the power of data to shape healthcare experiences and improve outcomes
Possesses strong time management skills; able to balance multiple priorities
