Our client, an award-winning Global Biopharmaceutical Company based in Dublin are expanding their digital offering and looking for a Senior Digital Content Manager to lead the digital channels and deliver the best in class content for their customers.
You will manage the growth plans and develop their digital touchpoints through digital channels whilst managing strategy and delivering content across multi-channels
You will track insights and content performance and pro-actively suggest content/assets / message development across platforms, channels, and their appropriate Customer segment audiences.
Governs and supports the processes surrounding planning, development, and management of digital Content/messages to be implemented across the multi-channel Customer planning & communication platforms with Commercial / Medical Teams across Ireland, as well as relevant third parties and agencies.
Leads and supports the process for development of channel and Content / messaging strategy for various target audiences based on their Customer journey and touch points.
Drive the process to create and maintain digital Content editorial plans to ensure timely and accurate Content delivery.
Ensures optimal management of digital assets in the digital asset library (Vault) with appropriate governance on Content approval – electronic Medical and Legal Review working closely with the Marketing associate and Compliance.
Works closely with Marketing and Medical teams to set-up content metrics that relate to campaign goals and support the development of easy-to-read dashboards that generate actionable insights.
Works closely with IT, Commercial and Medical teams to properly manage tagging and setting of Content meta-data to report on content metrics
Leads best practice and content sharing approaches with Corporate, Amgen Ireland & UK teams.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital content concepts, tagging and asset management
Prior experience in digital / multimedia agency for content creation in highly regulated markets such as pharma is an advantage.
Full familiarity with digital and non-digital Content production processes.
Experience in measuring impact, generating actionable insights
Knowledge of digital asset management.
Understanding of Salesforce.com, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Analytics platforms, Adobe Marketing cloud suites or similar.
Passionate about technology and obvious interest in digital.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Minimum Bachelor degree.
