-Lead a team of staff ensuring excellent sales standards and world-class customer service.
-Work closely with all operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
-Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to and recommend improvements within budgetary constraints.
-Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure agreements are met and reviews are conducted regularly.
-Ensure that supervisors maintain a record of all issues or incidents and review each on a daily basis.
-Identify training needs of the team and create budgets and schedules for future training programmes.
-Manage employee performance in compliance with statutory policies. Ensure a consistent approach when dealing with HR matters.
-Brief staff before all special events to ensure their smooth running.
-3 years experience in hospitality or events
-Track record of excellent customer service
-Strong administration and organisational skills
-Good working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
