The Opportunity:

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven marketing professional to join their rapidly growing team as Demand Generation Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in delivering successful B2B demand generation content. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants help grow an already expansive brand – along with their career – with a fun, dynamic, experienced team of marketing professionals.


  • Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, applying demand generation strategies to reach new markets, increase brand awareness, educate audiences, generate trust and contribute to building our sales pipeline
  • Plan, execute and optimise effective demand generation programs across channels to build awareness, drive pipeline and move prospects down the marketing funnel
  • Work with the Product Marketing team to identify high-fit prospects, tailor messaging and drive awareness and interest for our products and services
  • Project manage content plans, working with internal and external content producers and designers to ensure timely publishing of demand generating content, including, but not limited to, e-books, white papers, website articles, newsletters, educational videos and scripts, ad copy, social copy
  • Work with the Inbound Marketing team to develop workflows, landing pages, gated content and email journeys to optimize demand
  • Own our social media channels and organic content distribution. Leverage our channels to engage our target audience, generate awareness and demand for our products and services
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to deliver effective demand and lead generation campaigns via paid media
  • Measure and report on demand campaign performance. Optimise to enhance results and ROI.

Previous Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, content marketing, or growth marketing for B2B
  • Excellent research, writing, editing and proofreading skills and ability to anticipate audience preferences with an editorial mindset and a strong design sensibility with an eye for design detail
  • Demonstrate ability to dive deep into industry and sector-specific issues and create compelling, value-added narratives for our target personas
  • Experience working with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
  • Ability to take the initiative, develop projects individually and work autonomously
  • Highly organised, attention to detail and flexible to changing priorities, as required
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
