On behalf of a leading financial services provider in the Irish market, we are hiring a Customer Value Manager. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled, analytical minded and experienced CVM Manager.

This role requires the successful candidate to work with relevant team within the Marketing department to understand customer behaviour in order to deliver campaigns and best leverage the understanding on profitable return.

The CVM Manager will have responsibility for applying relevant customer MI and segmentation to our customer base. Continuously review, reassess and re-plan these actions to relentlessly pursue an optimized customer base.

The ideal candidates:

  • Experience leading the strategy behind customer marketing.
  • Experience managing a team, motivating and enabling the team to reach their potential.
  • Previous experience working in a high volume CRM function, preferably within a customer base management role.
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills.
  • Proven ability to work within a team on tightly governed processes in the development of campaigns and procedures in accordance with GDPR.

This role gives the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and teams, developing close relationships to ensure the delivery of integrated campaigns through the sharing of insights and experiences cross-functionally.
