On behalf of a leading financial services provider in the Irish market, we are hiring a Customer Value Manager. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled, analytical minded and experienced CVM Manager.
This role requires the successful candidate to work with relevant team within the Marketing department to understand customer behaviour in order to deliver campaigns and best leverage the understanding on profitable return.
The CVM Manager will have responsibility for applying relevant customer MI and segmentation to our customer base. Continuously review, reassess and re-plan these actions to relentlessly pursue an optimized customer base.
