They’ve established themselves an incredibly reliable provider of brand name and own brand office products, sending out 1000 orders to satisfied clients daily. With a strong presence across numerous European markets, they pride themselves in competitive pricing, quality, fast delivery and premium service, which is what has kept their clients coming back time and time again. With a goal of being the largest provider in their space in the coming years they are excited to be hiring Customer Service Executives to join their team.

The Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound communication from clients regarding any queries or issues that they may have.
  • Working to manage all cases in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a set of quality and performance based KPIs.
  • Working closely with the management team to ensure all process and product knowledge is up to date in ooder to deliver the best customer experience possible.
  • Being part of a cohesive and supportive team with the consistent goal of continuous growth and improvement.

You

  • You will have 1-3 years in a phone-based customer service role, or a highly KPI driven customer facing service role.
  • You are a natural problem solver with a passion for resolving customer issues an efficient and positive manner.
  • You are a team player who is eager to grow and learn.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong background in office systems.

This role is offering a basic salary of €26,000, an annual performance bonus, a great social club, an annual international reward trip, as well as some great training and growth opportunities.
