On behalf of a Global Tech Platform, who have won multiple awards for their innovation in Ecommerce, Technology and Customer Experience, we are hiring for a Payments Success Manager. Working as part of the Customer Transactions Leadership Team, the Payments Manager will be responsible for the ongoing payment landscape, take ownership of payment success rates, responsibility of a multi-million budget and how payments can drive the success of a business.

You’ll manage the day to day payments performance, relationships between partner suppliers, and ensure all payments decision are aligned with the company’s commercial goals.

Experience Required:

  • 3 years’ experience in similar/relevant role
  • Experience of ecommerce payments management
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skill
  • Experienced at defining, utilizing and communicating performance metrics
