They are looking for a data driven marketing/sales professional to assist with the design, management and implementation of a digital subscriber retention lifecycle marketing strategy.
Developing initiatives to drive subscriber usage and increase loyalty
Liaising with the marketing team on relevant email campaigns to improve subscriber retention
Working with the wider subscriptions and analytics teams to analyse the behaviour of subscribers and gain insights to inform initiatives
Working with the development and product teams to ensure the best user experience for subscribers to get the most out of their subscription
Devising and executing tactical offers with a key focus on customer retention and winback, collaborating with marketing, UX, web development and other departments
Observing industry best practises and make recommendations from key learnings
Reviewing and implementing improvements to the cancellations and re-subscribe process for subscribers
Experience working in a similar role within eCommerce or Customer Value Management.
Multitasker who remains calm under pressure, has good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Knowledge of subscriber conversion and retention
Experience with Google Analytics and additional analytics packages will be a distinct advantage
Commercial acumen with an understanding of return on investment and a capability and confidence to propose improvement initiatives to contribute further to digital product development
