CRM Manager – Global Consumer Brand

On behalf of a global FMCG brand, we are hiring a CRM manager to bring expertise and previous success to the CRM function, with the candidate ideally having worked in another well-recognised Consumer Brand.

This role will focus on Loyalty, Customer Insights and Analytics, Management of the CRM Platform (Salesforce), working closely with teams such as Ecommerce, Communications, Marketing and Social Media, and overall is targeted at an ambitious and results driven CRM professional.

Summary of the role:

  • Management of the CRM strategy and planning, overseeing and execution of a CRM programme that both delights and surprises the customers.
  • First Class Stakeholder Management skills – this role will require the role-holder to liaise with heads of department from Marketing, Ecommerce, Analytics and various other departments, therefore a strong stakeholder management ability is required.
  • Good old fashioned common sense, this role requires a ‘roll up the sleeves’ attitude and a high level of initiative, so whilst academic attainment is admired, taking the ball and running with it is the most important quality.
  • Solid analytical rigour – you must be comfortable with large datasets and be able to derive meaningful insights from it, and present such findings to C Suite stakeholders
