We have a very exciting new role for an CRM Manager in a very forward-thinking business. Our client is always ahead of the trends that are shaping their industry of fast fashion and that is why they were the runaway ecommerce success of 2020 in terms of their online trading levels, customer service and setting the standard for others to follow.
This exciting role reports to their Head of CRM & Media where your role will grow sales, retention and base performance across their main concepts by managing their customer base and related CRM activities in conjunction with a cross functional team.
These channels include Email, SMS, Push Notifications, On Site messaging and a range of others, to deliver on our CRM strategy. You will take ownership to increase customer value and loyalty through the use of customer communications, underpinned by use of base management tactics.
You will be responsible for devising and implementing key strategies such as; Base Optimisation & Analysis, Communication Strategy, Life Cycle Management programmes, Reporting, Customer Research & Insights, Implementation of CRM platform and channels in addition to overseeing the execution of the customer communications calendar for CRM owned channels.
You will work closely with Concept, Creative and eCommerce teams, in addition to agencies such as Unidays and more to drive base and revenue targets. You are part of a team and will collaborate with all relevant team members and stakeholders to achieve your objectives.
