Europe’s number 1 medical clinic are looking for a Creative Design Team Lead to join their team of dynamic and driven marketers and creatives. Voted Indeed’s number one place to work in 2019, our client’s ideal candidate will be an innovative and enthusiastic individual with at least 5 years’ professional experience in design as well as 2 years’ experience in a leadership role either within an agency or client side. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in delivering projects encompassing ATL media, POS, digital assets (owned and paid), email and motion graphics.
Managing the design team by overseeing all comms from conception to delivery all the while reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand as well as the CMO Building a creative studio team from the ground up.
Defining and modernising the company’s brand creative direction and look and feel across the entire channel mix.
Understanding the objectives of stakeholders and providing strategic direction where necessary to direct content and pitches.
Ideation, creation and implementation of creative concepts while managing, mentoring and nurturing a dynamic creative studio team
Creating and managing creative briefing processes and KPIs/success metrics for the creative team
Management of timeline, quality assurance/sign-off process maintaining impeccable attention to detail from beginning to end
Active knowledge of competitor activity and market trends.
5+ years’ professional design experience, 2+ years in a senior/lead role in a busy environment – agency/client side
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in design
Strong design portfolio – print and digital
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and MS Office Applications
Excellent communicator who is enthusiastic, detailed, diligent and hardworking. Someone who values and encourages free-thinking from their peers and colleagues.
Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and prototyping is a bonus.
