We have an exciting B2B Sales role with an Irish company leading the way in innovative education and e-learning content. This role comes at an exciting time of growth for the client and will be integral in continuing this success story.

Our client is a rapidly expanding organisation with a product that has been in high demand over the last 24 months.

They are looking for an experienced (3 years), organised and highly motivated sales professional to join their fast-growing team and help them achieve their next stage of growth.

This role reports directly to their Head of Sales, who will provide you with career-changing coaching and development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of sales professionals at the top of their game.

The successful candidate will work to build the profile of the business among the corporate market in Ireland, working with stakeholders in Learning and Development departments in particular to identify and meet training needs.

  • A high performer in a new business sales role
  • Highly commercial, with a minimum of 3 years demonstrable sales experience and a proven track record in acquiring new business.
  • Target driven, motivated, and dedicated to achieving KPIs.
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan effectively and excellent time management skills
  • Experienced of working in a fast-paced environment with a proven success through a consultative sales approach.
  • Highly ambitious, embrace a Growth Mindset with a desire to grow in your career

Your responsibilities

  • Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking.
  • Evaluate potential clients and nurture them through the full sales process using an informed, consultative approach.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and accurately report progress through Hubspot.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure marketing and advertising efforts are yielding appropriate leads
