Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the Head of Insights in managing the research budget and all research requirements within the organisation, including management of third-party suppliers & Internal stakeholders.
- Overall responsibility for managing the award-winning research programmes.
- Responsible for managing ad-hoc research needs of the company including Marketing, Customer experience, Commercial, Retail, Loyalty, Competitor analysis via desk research
- Be involved in setting and managing annual customer success KPIs (based on VoC or Brand & Ad Tracking) within the business for Executive, customer facing Director level and the marketing department.
- Act as a Consumer advocate within the wider customer, commercial and operational teams to ensure insights inform product or service decisions and investments.
- Mentoring other team members to improve overall research skills of the team.
Skills/Experience needed:
- 7+ years market research agency and/or client side research/insights department experience.
- Experienced in managing different types of qualitative and quantitative research projects from brief writing, proposal evaluation, stakeholder management, project set up, sampling, fieldwork, analysis, reporting and presentation.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Eligible to live and work in the EU.
- Current unrestricted worldwide passport.
