Responsible for supporting the Head of Insights in managing the research budget and all research requirements within the organisation, including management of third-party suppliers & Internal stakeholders.
Overall responsibility for managing the award-winning research programmes.
Responsible for managing ad-hoc research needs of the company including Marketing, Customer experience, Commercial, Retail, Loyalty, Competitor analysis via desk research
Be involved in setting and managing annual customer success KPIs (based on VoC or Brand & Ad Tracking) within the business for Executive, customer facing Director level and the marketing department.
Act as a Consumer advocate within the wider customer, commercial and operational teams to ensure insights inform product or service decisions and investments.
Mentoring other team members to improve overall research skills of the team.
7+ years market research agency and/or client side research/insights department experience.
Experienced in managing different types of qualitative and quantitative research projects from brief writing, proposal evaluation, stakeholder management, project set up, sampling, fieldwork, analysis, reporting and presentation.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Eligible to live and work in the EU.
