The Ideal Candidate:
7 + years’ experience end to end project delivery, strategy and innovation engagements including client relationship management, team management and completion of final deliverables
Negotiation of SOWS/Contracts and Master service agreements for all client engagements
Ownership of sales pipeline to ensure active tracking of pipeline opportunities through to sale/close
Pricing and Pitching of services to clients and creation services proposals that meet client and market needs
Define growth strategy for services offering through development of additional services offerings and international growth
Creation of cost model and margin management for all client services engagement to manage profitability
Ownership of client invoice and billing process
Aid CEO in development of corporate scaling strategy through development of recurring revenue model
Contribution to client delivery projects through leveraging strategy consulting experience, including workshop facilitation through to content/deliverable creation
