Overview have been engaged by a global SaaS firm to hire several top-performing Sales and Business Development professionals for their Enterprise solution.

With offices in California and Dublin, this company are now building their Demand Generation function in Dublin, to bring prospects through the sales funnel to final stage, before being passed over to the Sales team to close the deal. Their current clients are Fortune 500 brands, and their proprietary technology complements platforms such as Salesforce to create incremental revenue for some of the largest companies in the world.

These roles require candidates to be highly autonomous self-starters, who are customer obsessed and enjoy pitching complex technical solutions to prospects across EMEA.

The ideal candidates:

  • Come from at least 1 years’ experience in SaaS/B2B Software Sales – with scope to hire candidates with up to 4 years’ experience.
  • Whilst this is a company established for almost 15 years, they enjoy an agile, fast paced environment and therefore someone who has worked in a startup, or has start-up mindset, would suit the company culture.
  • Experienced in outbound prospecting, to large Enterprise customers, and confident in pitching to C Suite level.
  • Proven track record in working to, and exceeding, targets and KPIs.
  • Previous experience of managing the lead generation process, including marketing activities and the various touchpoints to take a prospect through to becoming a client.
  • An active listener – you understand customer requirements and can identify customer problems and challenges by truly listening to what the customer wants and needs, before presenting the solution and its features and benefits.
  • Highly organised and autonomous, first class administration and planning skills. You know how to map out your day and track your own progress and success. You set yourself personal goals and ensure you achieve them.
  • Naturally curious with a deep interested in emerging technologies.
  • Extremely polished and articulate, with first class communication skills.
  • Ideally can use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools & platforms.
