Key Responsibilities:
– Generate new business by calling leads, generating leads, and visiting clients
– Be responsible for the full business development, sales, and marketing cycle from customer acquisition right through to retention
– Organise and attend events to generate new clients
– Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives
– Continuous improvement mindset, particularly when it comes to rapidly evolving processes and structures
– Identify and create new referral partners to generate new clients.
Skills/Experience needed:
– Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Business Development Role
– Proven track record of revenue directions
– Proven experience growing or scaling a company’s customer base
– People Management and Leadership
– Experience working within a start-up environment is an advantage
– Strong background in Marketing & Sales
