Business Development Manager

On behalf of a multinational Training & Comms provider (specializing in Health & Safety Training) TalentHub are hiring for an experienced Business Development Manager. This role is tasked with further developing the already-impressive list of multinational clients across EMEA and offers candidates the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company who have ambitious plans for a post-covid19 world.

This role comes at a time of huge demand for the company's services, and the successful candidate will work alongside the senior Leadership team, (including the Client Services Director and CEO) to create and execute a global sales strategy with an emphasis on Europe.

This role will be focused on new business and as a result the preferred candidate profile is one who is extremely driven, tenacious and curious, with a highly consultative and polished sales approach.

Whilst client and prospect meetings will be virtual for now, the hope would be that long term the Business Development Managers can travel internationally to visit clients and attend trade shows (once handshakes and face to face chats become the norm again)

Candidate Summary:

  • 4+ years' experience in B2B sales (More experienced candidates will also be considered)
  • Previous experience selling in to Heads of Health & Safety, ESH Directors, etc.
  • Experience developing leads across entire sales process from identification of lead to closing
  • Experience with Enterprise level clients
  • Experience in Media/Comms would be advantageous but not essential
