TalentHub are actively looking to hire an experienced Business Development for our client, an amazing Irish Tech Company with massive growth plans for 2021 and beyond!

Based in the client's HQ in Dublin, you will help lead the charge on the ground, offering the opportunity to both acquire new business as well as renew and upsell existing client business.

This role represents a significant opportunity for an experienced SAAS Sales Professional to join a rapidly expanding global sales organisation.

The Role:

  • Run the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation
  • Use a customer-focused, value-oriented consultative sales approach to educate customers on how our services will scale their company in their market
  • Identify the customer approvers, decision makers, and influencers, and develop strategies for each to mitigate risk and increase agreement confidence
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Become a specialist in managing your sales pipeline and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce
  • Create and deliver sales forecasts, updates and share best practices with the rest of the sales team
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
  • Work cross functionally with Product, Marketing and other internal teams to help amplify our growth trajectory

Requirements

  • 3+ years' of professional experience in Business Development for a SaaS/Tech Company
  • Proven target sales achievement on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Accurate Forecasting and Pipeline Management
  • Skilled at using insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Passion for SaaS, great products, start-ups and the business of innovation
  • Fluency in another European language is a bonus
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or Computer Science
