On behalf of a multinational retailer, TalentHub are delighted to be searching for an Assistant Propositions Manager to join their growing global team. You will be joining their award-winning marketing team and reporting to the Customer Brand Expression Manager.

You will be contributing to the brand’s success by supporting the Propositions Managers in developing new and evolving existing customer propositions that will resonate with new and existing customers and meet the KPI’s of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Marketing/Business graduate who wants to kick start their career and grow with a well-known multinational retailer.


  • Supports the development of new and existing customer propositions from seasonal, quality and other strategic priorities working cross-functionally and collaboratively across different functions of the business to deliver L4L sales, Market Share, NPS and drive overall brand health
  • Work closely with the other global markets and Group Team to share and adopt best practice and share any ROI propositions that may be relevant
  • Acts as administrative support to the Brand Expression Manager and Proposition Managers in various activities including raising of PO’s
  • Work closely with the Insights team to manage insights requirements and develop these insights to feed into proposition managers for proposition development
  • Support the Quality Propositions Manager in packaging projects for NPD and re-design of existing products
  • Support the TMI activations manager in owning and activating TMI trade offers and local POS in-stores
  • Own the proposition feedback collation for seasonal propositions and other strategic propositions


  • Relevant brand / marketing experience
  • Primary Degree or master’s degree in marketing
  • Some knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
