Overview

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting Affiliate & Digital Marketing Executive role open for someone looking to progress their career in the digital marketing field. The role is for one of Europe’s leading brands in the online gift experience industry. The client is present in 11 markets across Europe and has a very strong track record of profitability. The company is currently carrying out a comprehensive business transformation programme that will drive its online business growth.

Purpose:

As Affiliate & Digital Marketing Executive, you will help to develop and execute the campaigns across the client’s different partners. You will work to deliver a highly curated, targeted advertising experience to users. You will support many of the key tools and technical capabilities necessary for running marketing actions. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, creative, and organized growth marketer who will jump in and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and setup all affiliates' campaigns to support marketing and commercial activities across client’s websites.

  • Manage affiliates platform in place

  • Maintain and amplify business relationship with top publishers and partners

  • Build a pipeline of new partners to test

  • Manage creative assets for relevant campaigns

  • Review orders and approve commissions and manage invoicing of the campaigns

  • Establish best practices across Affiliates performance marketing

  • Oversee quality assurance process and provide technical support where appropriate

  • Develop campaign-specific recommendations for media, data and creative partners including video, native and banner ads

Competencies/ skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or equivalent work experience

  • Strong previous experience within an affiliates environment, advertising technology or marketing technology (ideally 2-3 years)

  • Experience with managing an affiliates program

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Understanding of attribution models and methodologies

  • Good troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail

  • Fluent in English written and spoken

  • Knowledge of Google analytics and/or Adobe analytics

  • Second European language such as Spanish, Italian, French or Dutch

  • Experience in retail or travel industries (desired, not essential)
