Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships with existing and new clients on a daily basis on all agency work
• Deliver and communicate clear client briefs to the internal team and organisation of the workload through our project management tool
• Internal project management across our teams (Digital, Content, Innovation and Experiential) in order to deliver on clients objectives
• Understand client’s needs/goals and present solutions based on our offerings
• Plan and manage client budgets and advise on campaign elements and distribution channels
• Build client proposals by liaising with internal teams and our partner network
• Supplier management and building business relationships with agency partners

Skills/Experience needed:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in client services
• Marketing background would be ideal- looking for someone with a strong understanding of current online and offline marketing best practices
• Ability to prioritise tasks and focus on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and business stakeholders
• A creative thinker – we want someone that is resourceful and has the ability to think outside the box

• Agency experience preferred
