At, we are currently seeking an Account Manager to join a popular and innovative ‘disruptor brand’, an amazing B2C platform that’s fast becoming a household name throughout the country. This globally recognized brand are growing at a rapid pace and is a first class meritocracy were great ideas happen and talented staff are rewarded and can propel their careers.

This account manager will get to ensure the success of a portfolio of clients on behalf of the company. This will involve analysing platform data and utilising industry knowledge to drive client performance. You will be your client's point of contact from initial onboarding through to the rest of the realtionship so communication and relationship building skills are key.

This role also gives you the opportunity to work across a number of functions internally as well such as working with marketing to help accelerate client growth and operational teams to improve processes within your role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ Years' in an account management/ customer success role
  • Experience within the eCommerce industry would be very advantageous
  • Great commercial acumen
  • The ability to identify trends from data
  • Fantastic communication and presentation skills
