Lorraine has partnered with some of the biggest names in the UK & Ireland, delivering key talent for the most challenging roles. She has built and developed large teams in several agencies and has a proven track record at finding the unfindable, when presented with the quirkiest of job briefs.

Morgan is an experienced marketer who has been lucky enough to work in markets like Australia, the Middle East and Ireland. After an 18-year (award winning) career in advertising, He transferred his skills and knowledge of Industry into Recruitment. Morgan goes that extra mile by helping people identify the peak performance in their career and apply that to their next role.

Tim McCarthy of 'The McCarthy Consultancy' is unique in the world of coaching due to operating at the highest levels in the executive, business, international sports and media worlds. Tim draws on his experiences to provide top-level executive coaching services. His approach is to help everyone he works with to become the very best versions of themselves.

Geri holds a dual degree in Law and Spanish, and a Masters in Human Resources. She returned to Ireland in 2020 after 6 years living in Spain and working in Executive Search for a Madrid-based consultancy, managing hiring assignments for Digital Transformation for some of the most notable global brands. In her spare time Geri loves reading, learning new things and being outdoors and her current aspiration is to complete the Camino de Santiago one day!

Emma comes from a Marketing background on both sides of the Atlantic. Having held a very successful career in Live Events, she transferred these skills into the recruitment sector and has a first class understanding of the requirements for top tier marketing and commercial talent.

Sophie holds a degree in International Commerce with French and her primary background lies within digital marketing. Before entering the recruitment world, Sophie worked for one of the world's largest social media platforms, providing consultative digital marketing and social media strategy advice to SMBs. As a result, Sophie has a deep understanding of the type of marketing talent businesses require in order to grow and expand. Sophie is fluent in French and has a passion for languages! 

Originally a music graduate, Blaithin has found herself on a varied and exciting journey through several industries. Before finding her way into Recruitment, she enjoyed a career in marketing and events before spending several years in the luxury travel industry. Her varied experiences in the sales and marketing sector make her a great fit for TalentHub and she is excited to bring her unique skillset to the team.

With a BArch in Architecture and a MA in Graphic Design Practice, Grace has a keen eye for design and has combined her creative skillset, broad experience and qualifications to develop a love of marketing, user experience and strategy. Grace is excited to see where she can take the TalentHub brand while focusing on growing our community.

Before embarking on his career in recruitment, Declan had a storied career in advertising both here in Dublin and abroad in Canada. With over 6 years’ experience working in creative agencies, Declan brings his unique and wide-ranging knowledge of the industry to the team here at TalentHub.
