Senior Programmatic Specialist.

We are seeking a talented and experienced senior Programmatic Specialist to join this highly creative agency. Their work has won awards and received media coverage on a global level, and their client list reads as a who’s who of top international brands. In recent years, they have developed a best in class Ad Tech & Data offering to their capabilities and have hired some of the smartest people in town to focus on Data, Strategy, Marketing Technology and Automation, Disruptive Advertising et al.

Working closely alongside client services, the development/technical team, and some super analysts, this is a newly created role that offers a genuine career trajectory and development plan, as well as the chance to take huge pride in the fact you are working with one of the best teams in Europe’s agency landscape.

What you will do:

  • Alongside the Client services team, you will develop the Programmatic strategy for client brands, ensuring that Programmatic is a cohesive part of overall campaign objectives.
  • Be the voice of authority/subject matter expert on AdTech/Programmatic for the agency, championing this as an essential part of the agency’s service offering and ensuring that the level of knowledge and expertise is adhered to so that the agency continue to grow this value added service alongside their creative campaigns.
  • Work closely with the various technical teams to ensure that in-house technical capabilities facilitate best in class AdTech output – you will identify gaps if they exist and recommend what tools and technologies are required for award winning Programmatic strategies.
  • Undertake scoping of campaigns to increase revenue streams and further solidify campaign success/new business conversions.

Who you are:

  • A highly experienced AdTech/Programmatic specialist with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • A confident, articulate communicator, who is used to presenting and pitching to clients and stakeholders.
  • An absolute expert in emerging technologies in the AdTech world – you have a genuine interest in how this market is being disrupted and stay ahead of the curve in how such technologies can be leveraged. You can critique and recommend new tools and technologies and can clearly communicate features and benefits.
  • Enjoys business development and working to commercial targets – takes responsibility for the generation of incremental revenue as part of an overall BD Strategy for the agency.
  • Highly collaborative – you can unify how the agency presents its service offering and ensure that AdTech and Programmatic work seamlessly alongside other outputs.
  • Able to deal with complex information and can communicate such to clients.
  • Solid analytical rigour and detail orientated – you enjoy bringing data to life and making it meaningful to both clients and internally. You have strong quantitative and problem solving skills.
  • Proven to work in a fast paced environment where you can deliver on business goals. Remains calm under pressure and unfazed by targets and deadlines.
  • A natural relationship-builder; you have a history of forging and maintaining great industry relationships and you have a positive reputation in the industry.
